Annual Assembly of BELTEI Group

to Assess Its Work in 2015 and Set Forth New Goals for 2016

On March 07,2016 afternoon, BEITEL Group has organized the Annual Assembly to Assess Its Work in 2015 and Set Forth New Goals for 2016 with total 1,745 of management team, staff, lecturers, and teachers of BELTEI Group at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center under the presidency of His Excellency LY CHHENG, Director-General of BELTEI Group and President of BELTEI International University and Lok Chumteav.
According to the report of Mr. LY BUNCHHAY, Deputy Director-General of BELTEI Group in charge of BELTEI International School, currently BELTEI Group has 1.745 (779 females) employees, who are management team, staff, lecturers, and teachers, 30.572 (13.805 females) students with 19 campuses in Phnom Penh, one among those is BELTEI International University and the other 18 campuses are BELTEI International Schools (15 campuses are operating and 3 more campuses are under construction).
As the result:
I. BELTEI Construction currently builds the sixteenth, seventeenth, and eighteenth BELTEI International Schools.
II. BELTEI Tour has 6 Tour buses (2 Tour buses with 45 seats, 2 more Tour buses with 25 seats and another 2 Tour buses with 15 seats).
***As the result, there were 6.832 tourists used BELTEI Tour Service (4.981 were local tourists, and 1.851 were international tourists).

1. BELTEI International School: *** in consequence, by January 01, 2016, there were 17,600 graduates (8.771 females) and divided into,
• There were 6.008 ( 2.654 females) of grade 12 students
• There were 4.302 (2.986 females) of level 12 students
• There were 6.841 ( 2.910 females ) of Computer training courses students
• And there were 449 (221 females) of international test candidates
2. BELTEI International University: *** as the result from batch1- 8, there were 907 (381 females) graduates (864 graduates of Bachelor Degree and 43 graduates of Master Degree).
3. BELTEI International Relations: ***thus, 41 students were transferred to study abroad, 11 students to UK, 29 students to Singapore, and 1 student to China.

Future goals and strategic plan of BELTEI Group
To achieve the target goals and in accordance with “Quality, Efficiency, Excellence, Morality and Virtue” BELTEI Group has set out its strategic plan for 2016 as following:
1-Try to further strengthen the current existing Organizational
Structure.
2-Enhance the learning and teaching of General Education in all grades,
especially grade 12 students, ensuring that at least 80% to 90 % of
them pass the national exam.
3-Enhance the learning and teaching of English classes at all levels, the
successfully completed students of level 12 must get the international
test scores IELTS 5.5 up
4-University students, who graduate their bachelor degrees will get the
International test scores IELTS 6.5 up
5-Enhance programs to increase general knowledge on Extra-
Curricular Courses by inviting the speakers who specialize to present
on particular topics so that students get more knowledge on what
they have learned in class.
6-Promote metal improvement program through public speaking
contest program of Khmer language and English speaking contest.
7-Strengthen field trip program both school and university.
8-Strengthen the training to all staff in every department (on the job
training)
9-Change and decorate the classroom (class decoration) to properly
perform one standard (BELTEI Standard)
10-Enhance services of BELTEI tour & travel
1- Domestic tour
2- Inbound tour
3- Outbound tour and the other services to make more better
11- Expend the main destination, inbound and outbound tour, based on
customer’s need
In this occasion, H.E. LY CHHENG also admires and thanks to management team, staff, lecturers and teachers of BELTEI Group those who have spent their effort in both physical and metal for their responsibilities and duties followed the assigned guidelines and well-discipline by BELTEI to make BELTEI Group grow fast as today.
Finally, H.E. and Lok Chumteav conferred the appointment epistles to management team, 100% scholarship cards to 10 year-old working staff, admiration letters and rewards to 7 teachers who have carried out high performance in their teaching to outstanding students of city level of grade 9 and another 42 teachers for teaching students to get grade “A” of the national exam.
